The facility is being developed in Lusaka to cater for the growing retail trade and distribution network in Central Africa. Lusaka offers a central urban living environment.

The fully integrated facility will offer International brands a structured and controlled distribution facility that will assist their growth in the region whilst minimizing capital investment in warehousing facilities.
